Yes, The Keswick is a pet-friendly community and welcomes cats, dogs, and small caged pets. A maximum of two pets is allowed per apartment home.

There is a $500 one-time, non-refundable pet fee per pet, along with a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet.

While we welcome pets, certain restrictions apply to exotic animals and select dog breeds. We partner with PetScreening.com to make the approval process simple and convenient. Please contact the leasing office for more details.

Yes, The Keswick features controlled-access gated entry for residents and guests. Residents must display a valid parking decal to enter the community, and the property includes three callboxes located at each elevator entrance for guest access. Guests can contact residents through the callbox system for entry into the building. 

Yes, The Keswick offers a covered garage parking for residents within the gated community. General resident parking and guest parking are available at no additional cost. Reserved parking spaces are also available for residents who prefer a dedicated parking spot for $50 per month. 

Yes, The Keswick has an on-site maintenance team available to assist with everyday service requests as well as maintenance emergencies when needed. 

Packages at The Keswick are managed through the Luxer One Package Concierge locker system located in the community mailroom. Residents receive notifications through the Luxer One app or email when packages are delivered and ready for pickup. Package concierge service is included through a monthly $15 fee. 

Yes, The Keswick provides valet trash service through Valet Living for a monthly fee of $35. Trash pickup takes place Sunday through Thursday evenings. The community also offers recycling services and convenient trash chutes located throughout the building. 

Yes, The Keswick is a five-story community with both elevators and stair access throughout the property. Three callboxes are located at each elevator entrance to assist with resident and guest access. 

The Keswick was built in 2019 and features modern construction and upscale finishes throughout the community. The property also holds a National Association of Home Builders Bronze green certification focused on sustainability and energy efficiency. 

The Keswick is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping community. Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout all indoor and outdoor areas of the property.

The surrounding Chamblee area also includes Whole Foods Market, local dining options, entertainment venues, and direct access to the Chamblee Rail Trail. 

The leasing office at The Keswick is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The office is closed on Sundays.

Leasing Information

Residents have multiple convenient options for paying rent. Payments can be made online through the resident portal using the Bilt platform or Flex payment options, or in person at the leasing office using certified funds. 

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late after the 3rd. A late fee equal to 10% of the base rent is applied beginning on the 4th of the month. 

No, subletting is not permitted at The Keswick. All occupants over the age of 18 must complete the screening and approval process before residing in the community. 

Yes, The Keswick offers flexible lease terms ranging from 6 to 14 months. Traditional short-term or hotel-style accommodations are not available.
